By registering with this service you agree to take every measure suggested by us to protect yourself and other members. You also agree to respect the wishes of other members regarding their safety issues.

You must never disclose your password to any other member, or allow another person to use your member account. You must never disclose you banking or financial details to another member.
Spam.
Link4Love will NEVER use or tolerate any spamming techniques, as stated in our No-Spam Policy. You agree not to use your Profile or the Private Messaging System to propagate Spam. Doing so will be regarded as abuse of the system, and will result in the suspension or termination of your membership. (See Abuse Of The System, in this document).

This website is a Dating Agency! It is only to be used by people who wish to contact others for romantic or friendship purposes. Abuse of the system will result in the immediate cancellation of membership. You are obligated to immediately report to us any instances of improper use that you discover. Our definition of improper use will include (but will not be limited to) the following:
1. To advertise, link to, or otherwise mention, another website other than your own personal site which offers further information about you.
2. To advertise, sell, or promote products or services.
3. To propagate a scam – to attempt to extract money or bank details from other members.
4. To send large numbers of identical or near-identical messages to many different members.
5. To abuse another member. (Refer to Personal Abuse, in this document).
6. To promote illegal practices, racism, offensive material, bigotry, hatred, or physical or psychological harm of any kind against any group or individual.
7 To promote information that you know is false, misleading, defamatory or libellous.

Instances of abuse are extremely rare, and will result in the immediate cancellation of the offender’s membership. You are obligated to immediately report to us any instances of abuse that you discover. Our definition of personal abuse will include (but will not be limited to) the following:
1 Racism, offensive comments or images, bigotry, hatred, physical or psychological threats.
2 Continuing to send messages to a member who has no interest in you.
3 Attempting to gain money or bank details from another member for any reason, including money for visas, travel, investments, loans and gifts.
4 Attempting to gain contact information from members who wish to remain anonymous at that time.
5 Pressurising a member into a situation they are not comfortable with.
Material that you post.
You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on this website, or transmit to other Members.
1 By posting material (both images and text) to any public area of Link4love, you automatically grant, (and warrant that you have the right to grant), to Link4love, a license to use, edit, and display such material.
2 By posting material (both images and text) to any private area of Link4love, you warrant the right that Link4love shall not use, edit, or publicly display such material. However, you still remain responsible for the Content of such material.
Link4Love do not offer any guarantee of success in either making matches or to the outcome of a relationship formed as a result of a successful match. After an event you take full responsibility in accepting a date or otherwise agreeing to meet someone, and any actions that might or might not occur during that date or meeting.
